- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED
- Event Time: 10:00am-4:00pm
- Package Includes:
- One (1) 20ft by 10ft space under the main pavilion. For food trucks, space will be allotted on the lawn in front of the main pavilion.
- Two (2) Folding Chairs
- Two (2) 6ft Table
- Access to one 110v electrical drop (Exhibitors are responsible to bring their own heavy duty power strip and extension cords to supply power to any other part of the vendor space)
- 2 passes (any additional staff working would be required to purchase the individual package)
- All exhibitors must set up by 9:00 a.m., one hour before the festival begins, and be ready to start operations at the event's opening. Exhibitors are expected to remain open throughout the event and conclude their activities by the scheduled closing time.
- Each exhibitor is required to maintain their area clean.
- All members must conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Exhibitors will not be permitted to set up their booths until full payment has been received.
